[영어 첼린지 04] 수업시간에 쓸만한 유용한 표현들 (2)

 

Recap what we learned in the previous lesson:

-Before we get started on today’s material, let’s recap/review/discuss/go over what we talked about last time/lecture.

Tell them what you’re going to say:

Starting the topics with asking rhetorical questions:
-So how does IDEO approach design thinking?

 

Provide a sequence:
-Firstly, Secondly, Next, Finally…

 

Shifting topics:
-Now let’s move on to consider…
-Let’s turn our attention now to…
-Let’s move on to the next topic...
-This leads me to my next topic….
-So far we looked at….Now, let’s...

 

Giving examples:
-For example
-Let’s take the case of…
-Let’s consider…
-Take for instance…(more casual/conversational way of saying “for instance”)

-Side note…

-You don’t need to take notes on this but…
-Referring to past lecture
